You can add details in blank fields as well as you can update already fetched details too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_03.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business Setup &gt; Practice &gt; <strong>Other Details<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can add details related to VAT Number. Add VAT Number in \u201cVAT Number\u201d field, Add Percentage whatever you want to apply for your clients in \u201cVAT Rate\u201d field. You can add client prefix number in \u201cClient Number Prefix\u201d field. Lastly you can upload company logo from \u201cCompany Logo\u201d button selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_04.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business Setup &gt; Practice &gt; Directors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, if you selected business from dropdown then it will show auto fetched directors. If not, then it will show blank. You can add number of directors manually from \u201cAdd Director\u201d button selection. You can set \u201cPrimary Director\u201d by doing toggle ON of particular record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_05.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I add director ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You Can add director manually from here. After filling up relevant details, it will create new record &amp; you can see that record in directors\u2019 listings<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_06.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"769\" height=\"348\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On \u201cSave &amp; Continue\u201d button selection, you will navigate to \u201cComms Preferences\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Setup &gt; Comms Preferences &gt; SMTP<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMTP used to send outgoing emails from your account. By default, if not added email id in \u201cFrom Email\u201d field then it will send emails from default pracmate email id. You can add respective email id to send emails from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_07.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Setup &gt; Comms Preferences &gt; Email Signature<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Email signature will be used in all emails going out (including automated emails) from the system on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_08.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Setup &gt; Comms Preferences &gt; Header\/Footer Template<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can setup header\/footer template from here. By default, it will show \u201cDefault Pracmate\u201d option selected. You can add your own template by selecting \u201cPersonalised\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/register\/register_09.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On \u201cSave &amp; Continue\u201d button selection, you will navigate to \u201cDefault Templates\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Setup &gt; Default Template<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can set your preferences for the documents to get digitally signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Setup &gt; Default Template &gt; e-Signature Settings<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, you can add \u201cDirector\u2019s Guarantee Letter\u201d in LOE by selecting \u201cYes\u201d in \u201cNeed Director&#8217;s Guarantee Letter with LOE?\u201d field. If selected Yes, it will show \u201cDirector\u2019s Guarantee Letter\u201d field &amp; if selected No then it will hide that field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can add particular email id in BCC by entering email id in \u201cAdd BCC email address for Letter of Engagement (Contract)\u201d field. Here you can select particular plan based on your requirements.
