By clicking on link from here, you will navigate to manage services listings page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_29.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For your convenience, we have added some of services by default, so you can easily use that services but you can edit\/delete or active\/inactive from action column. You can add particular service from \u201cAdd New\u201d button selection. We have added some more features here to make some actions easy. You can copy particular services from \u201cCopy\u201d icon selection shown in action column. On copy icon selection, it will create duplicate record. So you can create another service with changing some of your required contents. If particular service is inactive, it will not show that service in relevant modules. Like, Proposals\/contracts module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_30.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, all services will show under \u201cNo Category\u201d header, but when you assign particular category to particular services, it will show that services under that selected category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_31.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On \u201cAdd New\u201d button selection from listings page, it will show \u201cAdd Service\u201d page. From here you can create new service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_32.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Add Service page, you can add particular title in \u201cService Title\u201d field. In \u201cCategory\u201d field, you can select particular service category. In \u201cBusiness Type\u201d field, you can select particular type of business. In \u201cService Type\u201d field, you can select either \u201cRecurring\/Ongoing\u201d or \u201cAdhoc\/One-off\u201d type of service. On \u201cRecurring\/Ongoing\u201d service type selection, service will show in recurring services tab in proposals\/contracts module &amp; on \u201cAdhoc\/One-off\u201d type selection, it will show in \u201cAdhoc services tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u201cOther details\u201d tab, you can add \u201cDescription\u201d &amp; \u201cService Schedule\u201d. Entered description will show in proposal PDF &amp; entered \u201cService Schedule\u201d will show in Letter of Engagement Schedule of Services section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_33.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u201cPricing configuration\u201d tab, you can see different fields like, \u201cChoose a pricing type that reflects your pricing strategy for this service.\u201d, \u201cPrice\u201d, \u201cIs Taxable\u201d, \u201cAdd Calculation to Service Price\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On \u201cIs Taxable\u201d checkbox selection, it will count this service as taxable in proposals\/contracts flow which you have added in business setup > Practice tab > Other Details section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_33.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On \u201cAdd Calculation to Service Price\u201d checkbox selection, you can see particular fields for calculations. You can add different types of calculations. All calculations will work according to added\/selected data to calculate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you select \u201cby existing variations\u201d option, it will show \u201cDepends on previous driver\u201d checkbox in all added calculations to select. On checkbox selection, it will show that functionality in proposals\/contracts module > Configure Pricing tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_35.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u201cChoose a pricing type that reflects your pricing strategy for this service.\u201d Dropdown, on \u201cFixed price\u201d option selection, it will show other fields as shown in below screen shot. In \u201cPrice\u201d field, you can add particular amount which you want to apply for this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_36.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u201cChoose a pricing type that reflects your pricing strategy for this service.\u201d Dropdown, on \u201cVariable price\u201d option selection, it will show other fields as shown in below screen shot. You can add particular title in \u201cTitle\u201d field. You can add multiple variables in \u201cVariables\u201d fields. You can add new variable by selecting \u201cAdd Variable\u201d button. It will add new line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_37.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u201cChoose a pricing type that reflects your pricing strategy for this service.\u201d Dropdown, on \u201cAnnual revenue based pricing\u201d option selection, it will show other fields as shown in below screen shot. In Annual revenue based pricing, we have added default revenue range, you can add\/edit\/delete it from configure pricing tool module. In \u201cFixed Price\u201d fields, we have added \u201c100\u201d by default but you can change it as per your requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/settings\/setting_38.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you add \u201cSecondary annual revenue pricing\u201d in configure pricing tool module, it will reflect here.
