It has 2 tabs named with \u201cProposals\u201d &amp; \u201cContracts\u201d By default, listings page will show blank in both tab. Proposals will show in proposals tab &amp; contracts will show in contracts tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proposals tab:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will show particular status wise counts above respective labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Draft Proposals<\/strong>: If particular proposal\u2019s status is \u201cDraft\u201d then it will show that count in \u201cDraft Proposals\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proposals Sent:<\/strong> If particular proposal sent to the client, it will show count in \u201cProposals Sent\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proposals Accepted:<\/strong> If proposals accepted by client then it will remove count from proposals sent &amp; will add count in \u201cProposals Accepted\u201d section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In listings, you can see below columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ID: It will show particular ID of that proposal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Name: It will show particular clients\/leads name for whom you created proposal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value: It will show particular amount which you have applied while creating proposal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status: It will show particular statuses based on your proposal status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft: When you save proposal as draft, it will save with draft status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not Generated: When you stop creating proposal in a way, it will show that proposal with \u201cnot Generated\u201d status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sent: When you sent proposal to client, it will show status \u201cSent\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Won: When particular proposal accepted by client then it will turn in to \u201cWon\u201d Status. After that if you generate contract then it will show further in \u201cContracts\u201d tab but It will still remain in proposals tab with \u201cWon\u201d Status. When client accept the proposal then it will show \u201cGenerate Contract\u201d label below Won status. You can generate contract flow there. After generating contract, it will show \u201cReset\u201d button there, you can reset your proposal by selecting Reset button. Won status will be turned into \u201cSent\u201d status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow-up Date: It will show calendar icon to set follow-up date of particular proposal. When you set follow-up date then it will send notification to you on selected date. But It will work based on your notification toggle ON\/OFF in my settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actions: It will work according to particular action icon selection:<ul><li>Edit: You can edit proposal by selecting edit icon.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Send: You can send proposal to client by selecting send icon.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Copy: you can copy already created proposal with copy icon.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Download: You can download proposals\/contracts pdf file.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Delete: You can delete particular proposal\/contract through delete button.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quick Actions: On icon selection, it will show 2 options, \u201cMark as Won\u201d &amp; \u201cMark as Lost\u201d, it is for proposals, when proposal sent to the client but still not received any answer from him. At that time, it will show quick actions button in action column. You can mark particular proposal Won\/Lost from here. If Won, it will change status to won &amp; proposal marked as won. If lost, it will change status to lost &amp; proposal marked as lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Below every line item, you can see \u201cCreated By\u201d &amp; \u201cUpdated By\u201d with particular name &amp; time\/date stamp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On \u201cCreate Proposal\u201d button selection, it will navigate to create proposal page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/proposal\/pro_01.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can create proposals, generate-view contracts with particular statuses.
