{"id":1746,"date":"2023-02-10T04:43:35","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T04:43:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pracmate.com\/helpcenter\/?page_id=1746"},"modified":"2023-02-24T11:38:54","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T11:38:54","slug":"how-to-add-new-lead","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/helpcenter\/leads\/how-to-add-new-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I add new lead ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on Add New Lead button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will open Create New Lead page along with Company Details, Contacts, Services Required, Previous Accountant, Internal Ref tabs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_03.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Company Details<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Client Type: There are different types of it and based on selection of type it will display options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type is Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Partnership, Self-Assessment, Trust, Charity, Other.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Search: If user wants to find their company details then it will be used for Search Company which are existing and call from API to retrieve the data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the option is not on it will not search the company data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Name *: It is mandatory field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Number: It is an option field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Activity: It will display a list of Business Activity like Apparel, Banking, Biotechnology, Chemicals, Communications etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_04.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Country Of Incorporation: It will display a list Country Of Incorporation like England and Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporation Date: incorporation date means the date on which the Corporation is incorporated into a public company and issued with a certificate to commence business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trading Start Date: It is just field for Trade start of company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_05.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entity Type *: It is mandatory field and it will display a list of Entity Type like Small Business, Large Business, Property Business, Contractor like Sole Trader, Private, Construction, Partnership, LLP, Individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Email Address *: It is mandatory field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country Phone Code*: It is mandatory field which display country phone code list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Phone No. *: It is mandatory field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SIC Code: It will display list of codes from 1110 to 99999.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Registered Office Address:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will display office address fields and if it is company search then retrieve all the data from the API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_06.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trading Address:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy Registered Address: It will copy the same Registered Address in to Trading Address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trading Name: It will be the Company Name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save &amp; Exit:<\/strong> After fill all the require details it will save the lead and redirect on Leads listing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save &amp; Next:<\/strong> After fill all the require details it will save the lead and move on next tab Contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_07.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By default, it will display listing page along with Add contact button on page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After add new contact it will display table as Name, Mobile No, Position, Kyc Expired, Primary Contact, App Login and Actions View, Edit, Delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primary Contact: It will be select as Primary Contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>App Login: It will access to app login from mobile app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Add New Contact<\/strong> :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on Add Contact button it will open Create Contact form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_08.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A<strong>dd KYC<\/strong> :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">View Contact Details and then check for KYC List: Add KYC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_09.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add KYC: It is form for KYC and based on ID Type it will display fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After selecting require KYC details and Save it will display in KYC List of Contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_10.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Service Required<\/strong> :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will display list of services and Selected Services is display on page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can remove the selected service by clicking on cross icon or by pressing backspace from the keyboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_11.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save &amp; Exit:<\/strong> After fill all the require details it will save the lead and redirect on Leads listing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save &amp; Next:<\/strong> After fill all the require details it will save the lead and move on next tab Previous Accountant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Previous Accountant :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you require clearance from the previous accountant for this client then turn on the Clearance Required button. Once the Information Received is marked no further emails will be sent. Previous accountants will not receive clearance emails if the client is still a prospect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_12.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will ask for Accountant Name, Accountant Email, Accountant Address, Clearance Required and Information received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If user wants Clearance Required then it will ask for Send first clearance email on,Send request after every day, Last email sent on and Email Template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_13.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send first clearance Email will be sent out 9am on the selected day. If today is selected, email will be sent out within minutes. Go to Settings &gt; Templates to edit clearance emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send Request Day: It will display list of days like 1 Day to 21 Days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last email sent on: If the first clearance email is sent it will display the date on which date it sent based on send request day it will updating the date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email Template*: It will display list of templates and based on it will send the email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information received: If it received all the required information of client then it will marked as Information received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save &amp; Exit:<\/strong> After fill all the require details it will save the lead and redirect on Leads listing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Save &amp; Next:<\/strong> After fill all the require details it will save the lead and move on next tab Internal Ref.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Internal Ref:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_14.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enquiry Date: Where user have do enquiry will select the date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Owner: It will display list of staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Status: It will display list option like Added, Responded \u2013 Lead to Contact, Quote Sent etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Based on lead status we can check progress of lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Rating: It will display option like Hot, Warm and Cold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Channel: It will display list option like Referred by existing client, Referral, Google, Facebook, Walk-in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we select Referred by existing client, then we need to select client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First Contact Method: It will display list option like Email, Telephone, Live chat etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer Code: It will add from settings and based on offer code it will work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next Follow Up Date: We can select next follow up date. On date selection, it will open task popup to add new task. You can close popup without adding details, if you don\u2019t want to add. New added task will show on my tasks page with relevant details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pracmate.com\/wp-content\/themes\/prompt\/images\/easyacc\/lead\/lead_15.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">User can add Sub tasks.
