Here you can see particular fields with staff &amp; contact name checkboxes to select. You can enter particular group name &amp; select particular staff or contact name whichever you want to select. From search box, you can search &amp; select particular staff\/contact name. On group selection, it will open chat section on right side. It will show group name and total number of participants on top centre side of section. From there, you can see particular participants list in popup. On top right side of page, you can see \u201cAdd Participants\u201d icon. On icon selection, it will open popup with particular already entered group name with selected participants. You can also add or remove particular participants from the group by selecting\/unselecting that participants from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your selected group will show highlighted in side list.
