1How can I create a new query?

You can create query from particular client’s view page > Queries tab.

On “New Ticket” button selection, it will open create ticket popup.

  • In contacts dropdown, it will show only that contacts who have app login permission. (User can give app login permission from Client details tab – contacts section from particular client’s view or edit page.)
  • In subject field, user can add short description in subjects.
  • In Description field, user can add proper detailed descriptions.
  • Below you can see “Attach Files” button where you can attach particular documents related to query.
  • On Save button selection, it will create new ticket & will show in list page. Also it will send notification to client app to whom we have selected from contacts dropdown for this ticket.

2How can I manage queries?

Once create new ticket, it will show in list page with particular details showed in below screen shot.

  • On “Show Closed Tickets” checkbox selection, it will show all closed tickets. On uncheck, it will show normal list.
  • From particular filter selection, user can sort records accordingly.
  • User can search particular records with ticket number & subject from search box.
  • User can see ticket number, subject, created on, created by, last updated on, last updated by, Enable Auto Chase, Auto chase interval, status & Action columns.
  • It will fetch Enable auto chase & Auto chase interval values from automation settings where user can set values globally. From here user can set query wise reminder days. If user have entered 2 days in auto chase interval field, then it will send automated reminder emails on every 2 days till not received any reply from recipients.
  • To delete particular query, user can select “Delete” button from action column. Query will be removed from the list same will reflect to opposite side.

From action column, on chat button selection, it will open chat page where user can chat with opponent. User can attach documents from attach file button. To add comment, user can enter text in comment box & on “Post Comment” button selection, comment will send to opponent. Also all conversations with show in list here with attached files.

To close ticket, user can select “Close Ticket” button showing besides “Post Comment” button. Once query closed, it will not show in default list.

To Reopen closed queries, you need to select “Show Closed Tickets” checkbox. On checkbox selection, it will show all closed tickets in list. Now user need to select “Reopen” button showed in action column. On confirmation of reopen ticket popup, query will remove from the closed tickets list & will again show in default list. User can also reopen query from the chat list “Reopen Ticket” button.

From above shared screen shots user can manage client wise queries but to manage all clients’ queries in single page, user can manage it from queries module. Here user can see all clients’ queries. Other actions will remain same as shown above.
